1. 01

   Analyze

   Analyze the process, choose the technology and collect the requirements in communication with the stakeholders.

2. 02

   Design

   Map the process, design process diagrams and decide what needs rules, what needs AI, and where people stay in control.

3. 03

   Build

   Build the solution based on the previous plan. Upgrade the infrastructure (if needed). Setup the solution lifecycle. Test and deploy.

4. 04

   Integrate

   Deploy the the solution and connect to the IT infrastructure. Make sure everything is working as expected.

5. 05

   Optimize

   Post evaluate the process. Learn from the real usage and improve the process over time.
